Quotes and prices
Website prices are a guide based on the current price list. The final price may depend on page size, quantity, materials, cutting, Velcro, binding and other preparation. Nicole will confirm the price before starting the work.
Customer approval
Work begins after the customer and Nicole agree the main requirements, price and expected turnaround. Customers should check sizes, page order, spelling and content before files are supplied.
Turnaround
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the order. An urgent 24-hour option may be available for an additional €10, but it must be agreed in advance and is subject to capacity.
Resource ownership and permission
Customers are responsible for ensuring they own the materials supplied or have permission to print, copy and reproduce them. The Lamination Station provides a finishing service and does not take ownership of customer content.
Quality and changes
Nicole will prepare the work according to the agreed instructions. Changes requested after work has started may affect the price or completion date. Because lamination and cutting are permanent processes, customer-supplied errors may not be reversible.
Collection and delivery
Collection or local delivery arrangements are agreed for each order. Local delivery starts from €5. The customer is responsible for collecting completed work at the agreed time or being available for an agreed delivery.
Payment
Payment method and timing are agreed directly with Nicole. The website does not take online payments.
Cancellations
Contact Nicole as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Costs may still apply for materials used or work already completed.
